This is one of the many residential blocks in the underground cavern city of Igneous. The primary light source is the gigantic ever burning manufacturing plant some distance away. The militaristic people of Igneous are in a desperate battle for survival. I want their living districts to feel dark, dingy, and utilitarian. These people live off rats and algae. However they carry on with their lives as best they can. The many lights and sharp hue shifts make the district feel alive and active despite the grime.
